Lower Price Guarantee -- How it works
If you see a similar course (driver education online) advertised at a lower price, we will beat the price or if you've already paid full price within 48 hours, we will refund the difference.

The Lower Price Guarantee applies to the same course. States other than California not eligible.

The Lower Price Guarantee is based on the product price. Sales tax and fees not considered in the lower price calculation. Promotional packages, combination discounts, group packages, or bundles are not eligible.

In order to qualify, advertisements must be verifiable and currently listed on the Internet.

After your request has been reviewed, we will contact you by phone or email with the results or to obtain additional information, if needed.

Requests that are confirmed as valid and correct will receive a price difference. A lower price will be offered, or if the course has already been paid we will process a refund for the difference within 7-10 business days. Please note: PEN reserves the right to deny any requests that cannot be verified or insufficient information provided.
